Shipping

All our products are made especially for you after the order is placed. Once production is complete, your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery time: 3–7 business days
Shipping cost: €3.95
Free shipping: on orders over €30

Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location and periods of higher order volume. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Returns and exchanges

As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size issues or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to help and resolve the situation.

• Photos of the item
• Brief description of the problem
