Shipping
All our products are made especially for you after you place your order. Once production is complete, your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
- Delivery time: 3–7 business days
- Shipping cost: €3.95
- Free shipping: on orders over €75
Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location and peak periods. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to help and make it right.
